URASS PHILOSOPHY & COMMUNITY PROGRAM
Through football, we aspire to be a bridge that nurtures character, develops individuals, and connects local communities with the wider world.
Every child is encouraged to challenge themselves with joy and dedication — building empathy, resilience, independent thinking, and the spirit of teamwork. By sharing those joys with teammates and the community, we work to plant a culture where sport enriches everyday life, and to cultivate the next generation of globally-minded individuals.
URASS's community activities are not the work of URASS alone.
We carry them out as one team, together with our sponsor companies and their employees and families, and our school students and their families.
We bring joy and smiles to children through football, sharing the fun of sport with communities across Vietnam.
Playing together develops cooperation, empathy, and communication skills that last a lifetime.
We provide ongoing programs to schools serving ethnic minorities, children with disabilities, orphanages, and public kindergartens.
Our activities advance SDG Goals 3 (Good Health), 4 (Quality Education), and 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
URASS visited Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, an NGO based in Hanoi that supports Vietnamese children and young people facing poverty, trafficking, street life, and other hardships. Founded in Hanoi in 2002, Blue Dragon has provided education, healthcare, legal support, and shelter to tens of thousands of children, and its work has been recognized internationally, including the CNN Heroes Award.
URASS has welcomed two children supported by Blue Dragon as scholarship students of the school. We are truly delighted to offer them the opportunity to build confidence, friendships, and dreams through football.
Guided by our philosophy of "nurturing hearts, developing people, and connecting communities and the world through football," URASS will continue its efforts to help children from disadvantaged backgrounds and young people in need discover their potential through sport.
On June 6, 2026, URASS held a football event for approximately 20 children with autism at AME House, a care facility for children with autism located in Phu Tho Province. The event was led by Coach Ryota Nishi, a registered outreach leader of JIFF (Japan Inclusive Football Federation), with the support of four volunteers. The children enthusiastically expressed their joy and energy through ball play and football activities.
The event coincided with the Autism Festival 2026, held to mark the launch of the Japan-Vietnam Welfare Partnership (JVWP). Welfare facility operators and other visitors from Japan watched the URASS football event as part of their visit. AME House also presented URASS with a certificate of appreciation for this activity.
Guided by our philosophy of "nurturing hearts, developing people, and connecting communities and the world through football," URASS will continue to engage in social contribution activities. We are also looking for partner companies who would like to join us as volunteers.
On March 16, 2026, URASS launched a football movement experience program at Dich Vong Hau (DVH), a public kindergarten in Hanoi. The program targets children up to age 5, with sessions planned across all 17 classes through the end of May. We aim to help children discover the joy of physical activity and grow in a healthy, fun environment.
On November 25, URASS visited Hoa Binh Province to conduct a football exchange activity with Muong ethnic children. More than 30 children participated on the day, enjoying football alongside our coaches in an energetic and warm atmosphere. The children's bright expressions and enthusiasm made a lasting impression.
URASS donated footballs and training bibs, along with T-shirts provided by Japan's "Urawa Reds Heart-full Club," to Yen Xuan Football Club. We hope these items will improve the training environment for the children and inspire a deeper love of football.
URASS will continue to expand these community soccer programs, reaching more children with learning and fun.
In 2026, we plan to actively expand this initiative, focusing on ongoing support programs for the five key facilities and organizations below.
In November 2025, we held a football exchange with Muong ethnic children in Hoa Binh Province and donated equipment. We will continue and expand football exchange activities for children from ethnic minority communities.
In June 2026, we held a football event for children with autism at AME House in Phu Tho Province. We will continue football therapy experience programs for children with disabilities.

In March 2026, we launched a football experience program at Dich Vong Hau (DVH) Kindergarten in Hanoi. We will continue offering experience programs at local public kindergartens — sharing the joy of moving with a ball.
We visited Blue Dragon Children's Foundation and have welcomed two children supported by the organization as scholarship students. We will continue to offer children in need the chance to build confidence, friendships, and dreams through football.
